    Sow how should I test the outputs from the amp? Should I plug a different set of speakers into the sub output? Or should I try to get my hands on another sub to test it on?

    They are unplugged from the amp. Only front and rear RCA are plugged into the amp. The sub RCA are unplugged from the amp... this is lame

    Yup. Pioneer deck. I will try to remove the cap and see if that was the problem. If not, somehow just the sub channel on my amp broke ? Kinda weird....
