If I fully powered one IDmax 12" it should be very loud right? with alot of SQ aswell. What amps would you recommend, remember not too expensive.

I looked at the Orion 1200D, It costs almost the same as the JL but has less power at 4Ohms, I would like to run at 4 ohms for better SQ. The 500/1 runs at 500 watts RMS @ 1.5 - 4 ohms at anywhere between 11.5V - 14.5V, the orion only runs 425 Watts RMS @ 4 ohms and I'm sure thats at 14.5V...

I want to buy a sub/subs and an amp for about $900. I was thinking of getting JL Audio 500/1 amp and two 12w3v2's or one 15w3v2, but I'm not sure. Please give me your opinions on whether I should buy something else, Alpine, Kicker etc. I am leaning more towards SQ than SPL. Thanks
