Well I can't call RE with a phone that won't call long distance. My cousin won't let me take his credit car to someone elses house to order them and I only know a few people that actually have credit cards, so no, I can't order the subs I want now.

I need some suggestions on a single sub or subs to put in the trunk of my 95 monte carlo. I've got about 500 to spend. I just found out that I can fit 2 15's so I was going to buy 2 se 15's but then I read shipping takes 3 weeks (I'll probably still order them anyway tho). Does anybody know how...

lol I got a car just like that....kicker comps...not vr's but just regular comps are cheap and sound great. My first system was 2 12" comps and a 600 watt jensen amp. lol The amp fried and got a rockford 400, it sounded great. My friend now has those subs and they still sound good after a year...

I just edited the post, I'm using a Hifonics 1500D, but I'm sure that it actually pushes 1500 watts, so I don't how much power they'd actually get.

Which should I buy? 1 15" XXX or 2 15" SE's. The SE's would be sealed, and XXX ported. I have a feeling the SE's would have better sq and spl, but I havn't heard either sub. Both would be powered by a Hifonics 1500D.

I installed them. They are wired at 1ohm...the box design might be the problem but I'm not going to be able to get much bigger...if at all. I seriously think the subs are about to blow and my car just ***** for loudness.

That's the problem I dont' really know what to get...maybe RE SE's...but definately not solos. I just need something loud that sounds decent.

Hifonics BX1500D

The most I could go is 32" wide 16" tall..I have no idea how deep I can go tho because if it gets too deep with won't be able to slide in the trunk because you have to angle the box to get it in...I dont' know if that makes any since to anyone besides me though.
