Its a 97 Dodge Neon 2.4L Dohc the problem is with pulline the bad wiring is that most of the insulation is melted together from it being to close to the engine and its "all hard as a rock" as the mechanic told me so pulling the wiring is kind of out of the question I believe

its a 97 but i dont want to get a used one

Trust me you dont want a neon. and trust me taking off the fender would do no good its too far inwards under the hood is so compact you cant get to anything

I would have to remove teh engine and i dont have the tools to do that do you know how much it would be if they have to remove the engine
