Any thoughts on Nakamichi 6605?

Nakamichi NA6605 volume shoots up to max when android auto or apple car play is connected.
Got installed Nakamichi NA6605 receiver a few weeks ago. Just 15-20 minutes after the installation I was playing a CD with google maps turned on with my Android auto. On my way back home, I tried to adjust the volume and the volume shot up to maximum all of a sudden and my ears couldn't bear it...- brs

Alpine ilx-w650 failed firmware update
I bought my Alpine-iLX-W650 on Saturday. It had firmware System Version: V1.020_0614 and MCU Version: F037. Tried to upgrade the firmware to V1.020_0708/MCU F033 as given on Alpine's website. Alpine recognized the USB firmware files and the upgrade process appeared to have started. Then the...- brs
