Thanks but I figured that. Any idea on the exact problem? Something that perhaps is the usual cause? I know these things happen quite often to all kinds of amps. I was hoping maybe I would be able to fix it myself? I am good with a soldering iron.

Thanks guys for all the help. I figured it out. I checked all my wiring again and it was good. Then I started messing with the head unit and realized it had been reset. There was a crossover option enabled and it was cutting out my low frequencies. Turned that off and"BOOM"! Works great...

ok, a little update. I am now feeling like something else is wrong. The amp that was running the subs just blew. I hooked up another Orion XTR 900 and it's running againg but not great. It almolst seems like it's getting 100w instead of 450. I have another 900 hooked up to four components...

More power is difficult with my setup. How about the porting? How would I figure out what size port? Thats bull S*^t. They basically lie about what sounds good. That is why I bought them because of the small enclosure size. I don't have room for anything bigger and I have already spent 20+...

So my Orion components say nothing about how to wire for the input. There is a tweet input and a woofer input. There is also a "parallel" or "Biwire" switch. The manual says nothing about the connections or switch. I emailed Orion (Directed) about this because I thought it kind of sucked...
