if i turn my volume up to loud my pioneer headunit stops my 4 speakers but still sends the signals to my woofer? it just recently started to do this i checked the ground and such any ideas what is wrong? still plays bass out of sub fine just the speakers stop and the headunit is still lit up

i have a 2002 altima 5spd and i want to know if there is any holes to run a power wire through? or a safe place to drill one? i dont really want to run it under the car thanks
