Omg! Thank you! That worked! Went ahead and took a look and sure enough it was connected wrong so I switched it to the blue/white striped wire and it worked! Thanks again!

Ok thank you for the direct link but I've basically fiddled with all of the settings on the unit, is there something I'm missing? Can you tell me specifically what settings I should be trying? I wasn't aware you can disable AUX? How do you do that? I did find the settings where you can adjust...
