Yeah, an old pioneer head unit, Kenwood door speakers (free from Bank rewards points) and 1 Rockford tweeter lol....I'm going to try to replace the output fets (the ones that were clicking) and see if that does the trick.

Correct. It puts out about 17vac at the amp and the speaker will "pop" when you unhook it, but no actual bass. I didn't mess with the boost till I had the DMM hooked up.

It was all the way down and I hooked up the DMM and read the voltage and slowly turned it up with no response. The bass boost brought it up 1vac

I recently got a kicker ZX s1500.1 on a trade. It was a really good deal....had it worked. I found out when I got home and hooked it up that it wouldn't play music. I rechecked everything and it was set up right. I hooked a DMM to the speaker terminals on the amp and it reads 17v with no RCA...
