Well.... I'm back to where I started. Everything checks out fine. All my speaker wires have continuity and the voltages seem correct. Any other ideas?

Thanks for the quick response. Tapping the power window switch only seems to have an effect on the stereo and amp when I turn the key to the on position. When I have the engine running it doesn't have an effect.... meaning everything works as normal. In this case I would think all of the RCA's...
