well i got mike singer to design the box for me but i geuss what happened is i told him i needed to have enough room to fit the batts amps and box in the cargo area of a 97 explorer xlt so he made the box smaller so i would have plenty of room for my amps and batts which i do, i actually have...

also its 5.7 cu ft after sub and port displacement

i thought that if your running more power to the subs than what they are rated for you put them in a smaller enclosure?

i guess thats what im going to have to do

lol know i think its just not loud enough for me and i might need some subs that can take more power so i can strap my other 2200d up and be running around 4400 wrms

yah im running a 250 amp alt and 2 d3100s in the back with all 0 gauge and the big 3 done in 0 gauge

no the rcas and power wire arent close at all but the only thing is that it doesnt sound that loud when i dial the gain down and turn the volume up

yah they start to smell after a while of playing, but when i turn the gain down until the noise goes away they arent even that loud

no i did not set it with a DDM because i havent got one yet but there is no air leaks and the subs are screwed down tightly
