I don't know anything about the MB Quarts but I just recently got the JL coax's and they sound ok....but I personally know I need an amp because they get distorted sounding pretty quick without turning the volume up a whole lot...... would I recommend them? Nah- they sounded great in the store...

My Atlas 12 arrived today and now I'm still boxless and ampless. Thankfully it went to a friend's address so I don't have to see it until Saturday. Of course after I get it I'm going to be fretting myself to death until I can get everything all hooked up and hear it! LOL What do you guys think...

I will get with the audio shop in town once the Atlas arrives and see what they suggest. I was just thinking I could get a much better deal online. I also know they only offer Memphis, JL and Kicker and the guy suggested the Memphis above the other brands.

I picked the Atlas 12 for my sub and have spoken with Moe Lester about making me a box although he's swamped right now! So anyway- now on to my amp! I'd like to keep the budget around $200 for the sub amp. I will still need one for the front JL's too and I'd like to keep it around the same or...

So a 600 watt for sub and 200 or 400 for fronts?

It looks like that Orion I posted above does that? Am I not reading the specs right? I just ordered an Atlas 12. :-)
