Yeah but I'm just saying I was conservative with the output when you were too generous with the efficiency lol so all said and done your answer on my amp draw is right about where it should be.

Well in theory the amp's supposed to do 2250, that's logical reasoning if it goes from 750@4ohms to 1500@2ohms on 14v electrical and 500@4ohms and 1000@2ohms on 12v electrical lol

I'll prolly get rid of power steering and mount another alternator in its place, or just rig up a custom job, kinda hard to find a 200amp+ alternator for a little 4cyl honda lmao. Anyways thanks to everyone who contributed in this thread.

Mtx 1501d rated 750@4ohm 1500@2ohms I modded it and it's currently wired @1ohm so actually around 2000.

^^ Okay so I have a 80amp alternator and right now I have 5 gauge wiring for my 1500w amp and big 3 is done in 4 (just what I could get at the time) and on continuous full tilt it would drop to 12.5 but everything off and it holds steady at 14.2 If I were to upgrade my wiring to 1/0 gauge then...
