i am a hardcore fan of dd 1500 series if you want something small but will beat your brains out that is the way to go.

i just purchased a reference 1000S by soundstream. It is old school but in good shape and was wondering if any one had any specs on this amplifier or know any thing about it. I bought it to replace my power acoustic 1600 watt gothic series. Is this a good swap?
