hey well today i was getting the resonating frequency of my durnago and blew my brahma but i have no idea why... i had it in a sealed 5.5 ft^3 box (porting after i found out RF..) well i had my radio shack db meter and it was at only about 110db and as i changed to 53hz it just stoped working...

can someone tell me the port area of 4 4" wide ports and about 9.5 inches long. also do you think this will be good for a 15" brahma in a a roughly 5.5 cubic foot box. i plan to tune it to about 44htz once i actulay get off my *** and properly measure the box,,i just need an idea if this...

i didnt have anything to do with the ports,,,,but do you think that could be a reason why it wasnt very loud?

well i was looking at our box we built for the comp and realized how small the port was, my buddy was the one who tuned it and everything. you think it could possibly be not ebough port area? i mean this port is 6" in diameter and only 3" long... we were in such a rush that day i never even...

could it have been that we had everything running of a battery not connected to an alternator,,,we had the bettery in the trunk along with the HU since it was my buddys dads car and had no system what so ever

welli got home from my first local comp,,,and well im disapointed,,,me and my buddy made a 6.5 ft^3 box the night before and tuned it to 40hz and my 15" brahma and jbl 1200.1 only got me a 132.5 with the box ontop of the back seat in a lincon towncar... is this bad for a brahma??

what would you recomend for box size and tuned to what freq. for the brahma to play the loudest possible, size isnt an issue, im building this box strictly for this comp so sound quality is absolutly no issue.... thanks for the help

i need some help please with my HU. theres 2 things wrong 1. everytime the car is turned off anf i go to turn it back on, all of the settings and everything in the HU are back to stock... 2. everytimei dont push a button for about a minute or so and i have it turned up pretty loud the screen...

hi i bought a pioneer deh-9200 on ebay a couple weks ago and finaly got around to installing it,, the HU is getting power and is grounded properly, everything is hooked up excpt for a couple wires i had no clue what they did, like "mute" "alarm" and "door switch". everyrhing else is hooked up...
