Hello all,  I have a '17 Audi A3 and I recently had Best Buy install a Pioneer TS-WX1010A and it sounds great... However I have a huge issue with it. If I turn off the music or even put the volume to 0, the sub goes berserk. The guy at Best Buy has never seen that and of course has no idea...
