I had delicious fried chicken marinated in a light olive oil sauce with garlic, chopped onion, parsley, and oregano. After it is cooked it is lighted basted in a lime jalapeno sauce, on the side some dirty rice with some homemade refried beans and cheese. I love being able to cook.
