I see a lot of people have used them and now that my bugs have been worked out I am considering moving back to the 8.9F. It has 9 channels of dsp and is more than enough power. Seems like more people would use these amps. Am I missing something that has people avoid them?

Currently Audison amps 500.1 and 4.300 with kappa 90csx 6x9 component set. Pair of morel 6.5 rear and a single 10” alpine type R.

That’s kinda what I figured. I’ll keep the alpine and just mess with it to get it to a good spot. It’s better than no DSP at this point anyway. I would like more control but I can always manually attenuate the tweeters if I need to.

My other thought is to use the rear analog rca out on the pac unit and connect them to the rear speakers. I could tune the system without them and possibly just connect the rears at a low level just so they aren’t silent back there. Not sure if I will have a delay though. I guess I can try that...
