No, I have a group 75 battery. Very small, in width. Height wouldn't be much of a problem. Also, the battery is a bit older, so I would assume the voltage is quite lower than what the red top would be producing.

How do I find out how many channels I need my amp to have?

I'm looking at amps and need help. I have a pair of dual 12's. They have a 4 ohm impedance. When it says 1x600Wx4ohms, does the 1x mean channels? If so, do my subs have 1 or 2 channels? They are Lanzar HBP212

at 1 ohms? They can get 4 ohms though?
