Factory amps are 2 ohm.

Thanks for those links but I need 2 ohm. I have 2 sets of Morels but they are 4 ohms. The only 2 ohm I can find are 2 way speakers.

They are going into the car in my sig.

I searched but no good answer. Really just need to know if 2 ways will be fine to replace mids.

As the title says.......I want to replace the factory 4" mids with some 4" 2 way speakers. Even better if someone can suggest a 2 ohm 4" seperate mid. Speakers will be going into a BMW.

Well the car is not going to be a daily driver for much longer and for shows I also think the look of 4 8's will have more wow factor than a single 15.

No, if it breaks I'll just get it fixed. I really haven't thought about that but I'm pretty sure it should be fine. Might have to check screws or something more often.

A 15 would take up too much space. The trunk is already small but 3 or 4 8's could fit nicely considering the airspace needed. I cant use the space under the floor because it is already filled with the battery and a bunch of other crap needed to make the car run. Here's a pic of the trunk.

I'm glad your job is still going longer. Tough times out there. Love the build and your boy is crazy with a welder. Serious fabricating skills. Can't wait till you finish the build.
