I've heard porting them does make them louder but I have somewhat limited space. The box I have is perfect for my 4runner. Maybe I'll get some DCon's...I'll see if these w3's appease my appetite first.
So the Dcon 10's sound that much better than the w3v2s? I got that pair of w3v2's for $180 on ebay. I'll look into it but what are the advantages of the Dcons over the w3v2s?

How much of an upgrade in sound are we talking here. Is it worth $150 that I could get the w3v2s? I've got an old school rockford fosgate power 800a2 powering them.
