Yes, I took the face off and pushed carefully on it (nothing voilent) and then it where on place! but everytime I open it. it stops in the same position. Like there is something bloking it .. but there shouldn't be!? I have done the reset several times now .. mechanical I'm not very impressed...

Okay, it also sounds to be a very very nice HU. What about the 9855? Is that a newer/older or better/worse HU? cuz it's a bit cheaper.

9835 is also the most expensive HU of them. I know that the CD signal to noise is the best of them .. what do I get more to that HU that's going to make it the money worth? I want the best buy for the money I could live with all of them. Thank you all for helping
