I'm wondering how accurate the jd powers, consumer reports and a very few others are regarding reliability ratings/reports.......

Shells can weigh anywhere from 2,000 to 4500 lbs...... add in plumbing, electrical, furniture, appliances, beds, windows, doors, insulation, heating/cooling..... I'm guessing 11-13,000lbs maximum???
