Ok. I'll try to just run the DBs. Which ohm should I wire them to?

I know this is a lot of info. But I can't seem to find a thread on it. I've been blowing subs and I think this is why ? What's the proper way to set gains on an amp??

I have a hifonics gladiator 1400.1 and I just keep blowing subs. The only thing I can think of is the wattage/quality just can't take power. I want 4 subs. Which subs should I buy and how should I wire them. I'm thinking about some RF P3s but can they handle a beating? I want a lot of bass btw.

I will get all the same in the future but for now what's the best way to wire them?
