thanks everyone for suggestions, it was the GMOS4 module that was bad. I bought the latest version of it and now everything is working again.

I do have the Axxess GMOS and I did disconnect it completely, I noticed that if I 'jiggle it' the nav will go on and off. I'm thinking there is a bad connection or something going on with the GMOS module now. Could it have gone bad from the jump?
