The Kicker is a good idea, especially since its cheaper than both the JL and PG amp I listed, however the kx600.1 is only 300 watts at 4 ohms , and since I have 2 dvc 12"s which are 4 ohm, im going to have to run the system at 4 ohms. And the IDQs definitely deserve more than 150 watts each.

Which is a better amp for pushing my 2 12" Image dynamics IDQS, around the same price, any suggestions?

Alpine Type R's are excellent subs, spending alot doesnt allows mean you are getting the best product. And try a local audio shop for a factory made prefabricated box, they are alot cheaper than having one custom built and are good quality and will serve your purpose just fine( Just throwing box...

Would A Rockford Fosgate P3001(300x1 @ 2 ohms) be eunf to push one 12" type R 2+2ohm sub(300 w rms, 1000 peak) Im not trying to have loudest possible for that sub, just want tight clean bass and need to know if its enuf power.
