I'm running 2 305 dvc's in a custom built box. It is 1.5 cubes and tuned at 49 Hz. These subs pound soo much harder in this box than it did in the sealed box. They got 1100 watts going to the pair. The best I've done so far was 146.9 on an audio control mic. I know you don't want to tune this...

So nobody?

Anyone running these subs? I'm thinking of putting a few of them in a wall. I would like to know if they hold up well and get loud or just another crappy sub. Thanks

How do you figure out the resonant frequency of a car? Never heard of this til recentley and I really don't know much about it.

Thanks all for the info, I'm going to keep the equipment that I've mentioned and change cars. My wife isn't happy with the idea that I was going to turn HER car into a lifesize speaker box So I'm on the hunt for another hatchback. She wants the subs and amp out thats in there now. I said NO...

Well after more thought I beleive I'll be putting 1500 watts on each sub. Thanks for all the input. Oh... the 15's will cost me 400 each and they are the 2 ohm ones.
