I used a concrete form tube, cut it to the length needed. Made a ring to sit on the outermost edge so I could screw it int the the box, and glued the ring to the tube and added some caulk on the inside. Also wrapped the tube in gorilla tape to allow for a smoother flow of air than the cardboard...

Turned out real nice and clean! It must sound that way as well! No matter how hard I try, I can never get my cuts that clean, but that's just me. I'd need a table saw and router to get close to an outcome like that.
