18" solo-x in the first box I ever built. I knew it was too soft, but pine was the only thing I could get at the time in a 1" thickness. And half way through the build my brand new ( ebay-$11 ) jigsaw decided to ****, so half the cuts were done on the "close enough to get me a government job"...

I have knuconceptz 8 gauge speaker wire and it's decent, but I think they over-rated the gauge of what they put out.

Pretty sure ya only need a isolator if ya plan on running your system with the engine off...AS for everything else, run it paralell. Check out the kinetik website...it's pretty good.

I need to juice up two ma hk4000d and two 18" solo-x. The original plan was to run all kinetik (1800 under the hood and 4 hc2400 in the trunk), but if I can get the power I need for $1200 less, why not? So I pretty much want an opinion on this. I figure I can run one of these scell1000 to each...
