i have a 97 4 door w/o a system but i do know of a few things that might help. mtx makes 2 options, one is a sub that fits into the center consoule its pretty cool and they make an enclosure that sits right behind the well for the wheel. both nice. FCS

iam looking for a h/u under about 175 bucks do any of you have suggestions? iam lookin for at least to sub out puts and, 2 preamp out puts, depth mo more that 6 5/8" good power handling at least 42x4 thanks

well i have a 97 so there is some difference but, if i were you, i would put the h/u where the factory one goes and the dvd player is it big like a real dvd player or is more of a h/u size? if its bigger, mount it under the passenger seat, if its smaller, i know in my car we have a nother...

2 things my bestfriend has 4 15" in his 3rd gen s-10 no problem but he has a sport cab. other friend has 8 jl audio 12"s in his s-10 2 are legally door mounted the other six are in the bed, he creatd a "blow through" a space between the cab and the bed where ther is no wall it works great...

you said you have like 6 mtx rfl subs they weigh 56lbs and thats only one so you are tellin me you have 336 lbs of subs in your trunk? man you must get some good traction
