im looking for about the same power same price range as OP, i have a question. Would the Gt wired down to lets say 1ch. @ 4 ohms doing 900w pull more draw then a monoblock doing 900w @ 2ohms? Im trying to be conservative on my electircal and keep under 1k watts aswell.

I have a blown rear speaker in my lincoln ls, and i was planning to do a 6.5 in there with an adapter.. but i just thought about a straight up replacment.. just looking for feedback on any 5x7 or 6x8 speakers. anyone ever bought any? liked any? disliked?

I had a Box that had a Old model l5 in it, i kept it and put a new model l7 in it.. worked out fine.... but it looks like there is more room around the edges on the l5.
