you should have room, a friend of mine has two 12'' sony xplods:crap: in a single cab s-10 behind the seat and there is enough room. I'm not sure about the price but it seems alright, look into buying online you might save some money

A cheaper amp will only hurt you if you want more power or it dies on you. If it is doing the job sufficiently then why spend more if you dont want to. If your not looking into upgrading any time soon it wont be a problem but I would still recommend looking into amps with decent reliability...
