Come on big mouth. You want to call him a 34 time convicted felon. I tell you the judge is crooked. Prove me wrong, prove the falsifying business records in Trumps case were first degree felonies and not second degree misdemeanors.

Convenient that they did not site what underlying crimes were used to elevate these misdemeanors to felonies isn't it. That was the goal after all... to make him a felon. Each underlying crime they used has to be disclosed and proved as well. NONE were. The judge even instructed the jury that they had better return a guilty verdict. It was a sham trial and a biased bought judge. Otherwise big mouth, prove what they never legally did.

Listen dumbass. If they were felonies they wouldn't have had to move them up to felonies by claiming other illegal acts. Which is what they did. Claimed he was committing other crimes which made the misdemeanors into felonies. Now, prove the other acts... or even ******* name them. Posting what falsifying records in the first degree tells you right in the definition with the word AND as it continues with what is required to make it a felony. So, show us the intent to commit other crimes and prove not only what they were but that they were committed.
