The Santa Ynez reservoir is a negative impact to the to fires when it's empty. Again, Name 3 reasons why the reservoir was built. Come on old man! Tell us! You can't! If you did, then you would have to admit one reason, it was built, was to fight fires.

One company advised the pool things as not doable in Trumps time frame so they passed on it then the other company who should have told Trump the same thing took the contract. What the second company should have done was told the administration that the primer needs considerably longer to cure than the liner and needs to be fully cured before applying the liner. Trump is just the guy with the idea and time frame. The professionals should have advised him. One company did for sure then the other company with different products may not have informed him but for sure took the multi-million dollar contract.

I blame Atlantic Industrial Coatings for the improper application and the mentally defective liberals for the vandalism.
