a 64% increase in the price of gas
a 63% increase in the price of oil
an 8% increase in the price electricity
a 38% increase in the CPI
no change to the amounts of fentanyl or precursors getting into the US
the Russia-Ukraine war not ending
a failure to replace the ACA with a better option
implementing tariffs that are paid by US citizens in order to punish other countries
a failure to eliminate taxes on Social Security payments for seniors
a failure to get the death penalty for child rapists and traffickers
a failure to implement a 10% rate cap on credit cards
provide tax credits for family caregivers

are all GOOD things, despite being the absolute opposite of what was promised, because at least it means Trump is in office.
