Mental illness and the need for intervention is real, but the judges in some locales just say... dismissed... "Nothing to see here". I know that same empathy is abundant in the left worldview. I have zero empathy for those utopians who want to wish it away. The way forward is accountability and dare I say draconian measures.
For judges as well...

I'm all for questioning "medical" authority but really? I bet if intentions and veiled threats were directed towards cronies or donors directly the fool would have been committed with or without legal representation. Its almost like the judges are inclined to lean towards the PD defense although the public trust is being violated.

The public trust doctrine or whatever it is called is a shitshow.

I tried to delete entire subsections it was too voluminous to post... fukin' lawyers. That said the 12 or 13 main sections were worded in a way to necessitate the "clarity" given in the subsections... lmao. There's NO clarity anywhere in that mission statement.

That said this Judge was probably out their depth and rejected the prosecutorial assault and overreach.

I was overcharged once upon a time, prosecutorial overreach. My 10yr in prison deal (threat) evaporated into a dismissal once the statements were read into the record. Trials are anyone's right and the best way to slow down rabid deal makers (prosecutors)... haha.

In my School district you need to be 4 years old to start preschool.. They didn't start the day they turn 4 you ******** creep.. They were 4 and some change.. They were reading when they started pre school.

They were both riding bikes with no training wheels at 3 and some change..
My youngest was going on 5 mile bike rides by 4..

Why would any of that be hard to believe? Are you a inbred or something?
Do you have kids?

So I guess I'm wrong about when I taught my kids how to read and ride bikes.

Interesting how personal bias due to personal experience can affect objectivity.
My mom was reading to me from birth, I may not have been reading to a acceptable level to pass your bar but I have family film and witnesses that say I was "reading" by 2 yrs. My mother read to us every day and night until we were old enough to escape. Then she used it as a form of "punative time" and it worked... yes it did... let me tell you... haha. By the time we got older idk... 10-12yrs... we were so well versed in that noun reading that to this day it is effortless.

Yep... some bias may be in anyone's claim from their formative years. Including mine I suppose. But testimony and films bear out the claim... at least in my case
