5.9 PERSONS PLACED HORS DE COMBAT Persons, including combatants, placed hors de combat may not be made the object ofattack. Persons placed hors de combat include the following categories of persons, provided they abstain from any hostile act and do not attempt to escape:

18.3.2.1 Clearly Illegal Orders to Commit Law of War Violations. For example, orders to fire upon the shipwrecked would be clearly illegal.

Yea I suppose I’m a hypocrite being a YouTube premium member, feeding the devil, but I hate ads. Like I said, a big part of the videos are influencers trying to sell something themselves to make ends meet. Didn’t used to be this way at all. Google knows they’ve cornered the market and can start squeezing them by lowering their rate of the ad commissions in vids. A lot of them have put years into building their channels up and can easily be wiped off the map due to low ad revenues. A bit like they’ve done to this site over the past few years.

One of the more irritating thing is how they pay. You have to meet certain quotas. You have to meet these quotas before the 20th of the month. Then, you have to maintain those quotas until the 20th of the following month, Then, you will send you the money after the 20th of the, then, following month. That's waiting 2 months to get paid.

"While the wholesale price for fresh turkey is up from 2024, grocery stores are featuring Thanksgiving deals and attempting to draw consumer demand back to turkey, leading to lower retail prices for a holiday bird."

Retailers are taking the hit, in order to (hopefully) drive slacking turkey sales up.

"In recognition of changes in Thanksgiving dinner traditions, the Farm Bureau price survey also includes boneless ham, Russet potatoes and frozen green beans, in an expanded menu. Adding these foods to the classic Thanksgiving menu increases the overall cost by $21.91, to $77.09."

That's a 39% increase.

One, the Laws of Land Warfare are routinely broken - kinda like the speed limit. These guys were narco terrorists. I'm sure they were equally concerned about the people that were going to get addicted to their shipment as you are about them. Or... maybe Team Blue isn't concerned about the narco terrorist or the drug addicts at all and this is just an opportunity to take a shot at TrumpCo. Who knows???

Interesting. I saw ham at $2/lb - typical sale price for this time of year. Green Beans were under $2 - as cheap as I've seen them in long long time. Orange Man Good for grocery prices.
