I suspect the next appellate court is going to overturne the whole case. Afterall, how can somebody be guilty of fraud if nobody got defrauded? The very nature of the type loan Trump took out was that the bank would "write down" the applicant's estimated wealth.

I think Team Blue just assumes Team Red defends everything Trump does because they did so for Where Do I Go Joe. Team Blue fails to realize they've pushed a bunch of fence sitters, libertarians, center left people, etc onto Team Red with their stupidity.

So if you try to rob a bank and fail to get money, no crime was committed?

Remember to not press charges against the perp, because they failed in their attempt. No success = no crime.

I'm still not getting the global bioweapon thing. We're literally just going to stop breeding - see South Korea & Japan. The majority of married couples have 0-1 child and by 2030 they're projecting ~50% of the childbearing population will be childless.
