You can't understand that a calendar-year total cannot be calculated until the calendar year has ended.
You think 99.4% of a population can't be vaccinated.

BTW - The appeal that was heard back in June had no reference to the supposed "change'' from misdemeanor to felony.
And it was filed after sentencing, which usually means it will be summarily dismissed.
But since Trump owns the SCOTUS, who knows what rules they'll break for his benefit?
