I didn't realize what a crap deal we have with Panama. We handed it over to Panama after building it and are still responsible for naval security. This is after paying a one time $10m fee and $250k/yr rent and guaranteeing Panama's independence from Columbia. Again Trump realizes a shyt deal when he sees one. I wonder how much money we give to Panama each year?

It was built in 1914 and 86 years later, we gave up our ownership. Now after 25 years, Trump thinks we can somehow take it back? He does everything he can to prove himself a ******* idiot.

40% of all of US shipping container traffic goes through there each year. We should just stop using it and find a different way for all that stuff to get around? And screw our $11.6 billion dollar trade surplus with Panama, too?
GREAT plan, Don. Right up there with shuttering the FDIC.

Oh I don't know. If we take it back as you said then we can make improvements to the canal. We could make it more safe and efficient. I am curious though why you think ideas to improve America are a bad thing? I hear a lot of negative bullshit come from you but nothing constructive. Why is that? Is it because you are a whiny gash or that you just need something to cry about? I think Trump is wondering why we guarantee a country's independence and naval defense of a canal we built and a country that wouldn't exist if not for the US stepping in. In return we got nothing. Basically, Panama gets the benefits of being a US territory without the cost.
