He's using a 2 year span to say groceries haven't gone up...
Oh no. They actually DOUBLED. They just haven't really gone up much in the last THIRTY MONTHS
I'll dig up an order from 2021 if I can, and run a similar comparison.
And since you want to chime in, go ahead and show me some factual data of your own.
Pull your own food receipts from 30 months ago and compare the pricing to the same goods today.
I mean I'm sure your personal word is rock solid and all, but I'm sharing an actual order I placed, not just demanding that you accept my claims.
Or does your TDS prevent you from seeing anything factual here?
Not only are we outliers, but if groceries really only went up ~25% then where are all the people whose grocery prices either went down or stayed the same to offset all the people who claim prices have ~doubled?
Maybe you are the outlier, or maybe I am the outlier. But if outliers exist, they affect the average.
Diet Coke: has gone up $1.10 a case for me in the past 30 months, but it's DOUBLE for you in that time?
Eggs have gone up 8 cents each for me, but they DOUBLE for you?
Pasta is the same for me, but DOUBLED for you?
Ragu went up from 8 to 9 cents for me, but DOUBLED for you?
Pork loin dropped 39 cents an ounce for me, yet DOUBLED for you?
You might indeed live in some type of pricing nexus. It'll be interesting when Spokey posts his shipping cart from 30 months ago with prices then versus prices today, and then says
"All of the changes happened prior to 30 months ago, and prices haven't changed since! TDS!!!!!!!!!!!!"
