Well honestly there were 3 sources that said they didn't count specific lengths of wall because they were there already and Trump just "refurbished them" "Fixed" or "replaced" them... all of which should be counted as it is still making a functional wall. When you add all the miles they decided not to count then Trumps numbers is very close. It's not in Rob interest to find unbiased truth, just what he needs to validate himself.
