1. Tell us how he went "decades" without a war when he was POTUS for only 4 years.
2. Tell us how he was not involved in war as POTUS when, during his administration, we were involved in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria, and there were multiple dozens of airstrikes performed under his watch.
