I know people who break, have broken the law. They went to jail. This happened with less proof than this guy claims is out there about all Trumps alleged illegal activities. If he is hated so much it wouldn't take much to put him in jail if they had actual evidence of law breaking. Guess they don't.

So you're the judge intelligence as well...
Yes. Intelligence can be evaluated by people's actions. There's a high likelihood, that someone who consistently does stupid things, is indeed, stupid.
Not arguing with you, but I want to make sure I understand what you're saying...
You're saying that Mar-a-Lago's value is based on the revenue the property generates and who is allowed to be there? Wouldn't that property still generate more income that the properties I presented and anyone is allowed on those properties at anytime?

I'm not a realtor, but I'm guessing you are. So, please educate me on how a private deed will lower a property's value by 75%? I thought a property was valued on how much it would sell for if put on the market, regardless of how it is currently run, because that will change once sold. I'm serious about this question. I'm not being a smart ***. I want to make sure I never make the same mistake.
It is evaluated based on being deed-restricted as a private club property. That means the valuation is tied to the income generated by the private club.
If those other properties are private clubs, they would be validated based on their income from the private club on the property. If they are simply private properties with or without homes, then they get valuated as such.

This is how you can have a one acre property valued so highly while a golf course with a private club valued so low.
They can literally be touching each other, but are completely different as far as tax valuation is concerned.

If you turned that one acre into a deed-restricted property and had a private club with five members, it might bring a $1M property down to $100,000. But when you try to get a loan with the property as collateral, you don't get to claim the $1M value. That's fraud.
Kind of like buying a beat up car for $5,000 and then insuring it for $20,000 and totaling it. Fraud.

Incarceration is not a definite with a conviction. If you check out laws, you will see that punishment CAN INCLUDE a variety of things. CAN INCLUDE does not mean WILL INCLUDE.
If your friends went to jail, it's because the judge decided it or the attorneys decided it in an agreement.
Law 101.

Thanks Mr. Attorney Rob.

Nope. Never said I was one, don't pretend to be one.

That's your fantasy, dating back to when it was insisted that I couldn't prosecute people unless I was an attorney. A fantasy proved wrong.

Wrong then, and wrong now.
At least you are consistent.

The law is funny like that.
Not one person on the highway may give a crap that you are doing 10 over the limit.
Yet a cop can still issue a moving violation.

I'll refer you to the housing market crash that happened during the Bush administration.
Free-for-all turned real bad, real fast.
I believe that is how a business is evaluated and not property. Once the property is sold, it no longer has to be used as a business. Therefore, if it was to go on the market it would be sold as a private residence and that is how it would be marketed. Marketed in a condition that would bring in the highest value. One of my majors was business.
Correct, but you don't get to interchange the worlds at will and as is needed to make things work best for you.
This is exaclty what Trump did. And it is fraud.
"Trump might think Mar-a-Lago is worth $1.8 billion, but in 2020, his own company said the Palm Beach appraiser was right. That year, the county valued Mar-a-Lago at $27 million."
"The Petitioner agrees with the determination of the property appraiser or tax collector," a real estate broker representing Mar-a-Lago acknowledged on a form filed with the local Value Adjustment Board, and obtained by CBS News."

So he's happy to have it appraised at $27 million for tax purposes, but then wants to declare it as worth $1.8 BILLION when it comes to using the property to declare his wealth and secure bank loans?
That's fraud.

Rob, you aren't prosecuting anything. You are fetching information for someone else to use to prosecute someone. You know, like when you fetch that coffee.
