Yes they did. You weren't considered fully vaccinated until 2 weeks after vaccinated. This is stupid and lame and you should've known this years ago. So if you died or had a side effect within 2 weeks of vaccination, which is when many people died according to some studies, they blamed it on covid instead of the vaccine. So far behind dude.
