My snowboarding and bicycle helmets don't guarantee and outcome, but I still wear them. I still wear my seatbelt too even though it may not save life in the case of an accident.

Many politicians from both sides have used that rhetoric before. Maxine waters did and even was telling people to confront trump supports in the street and harass them lol. I don’t see her being charged . Their attempt at overthrowing the government was an embarrassment, a totally pathetic attempt if that was the goal. The black panthers did a much better job at the capital back in the day when they went and stayed there armed. Don’t think they went to jail for that
