What is?

I wonder how many of these are hidden in the US…are the Chinese or whoever trying to start another pandemic or something? So many questions:

Why would a bio-lab run by a shady Chinese company be operating in Reedley, CA in the central San Joaquin Valley?”

“This is an unusual situation. I’ve been in government for 25 years. I’ve never seen anything like this,” said Reedley City Manager Nicole Zieba.”

“I’ve never seen this in my 26-year career with the County of Fresno,” said Assistant Director of the Fresno County Department of Public Health Joe Prado.”

I hate people like you, when you do that. I never said Bill Gates released that weapon, and that’s what you’re insinuating. Not even close, cut it with your demeaning tone, and don’t put words in my mouth.

Yeah, it’s simple because it’s wrong. The wet market story is simply garbage. It’s made up. Yes, Chinese eat everything that moves, flies, or wiggles, but that’s not where the virus came from.

Let me ask you, do you think you know more than the person who wrote the Bioweapons act of 1989? I sure don’t, not on this virus subject. Because he’s the one that says it’s a Gain of Function weapon, as well as high level whistleblowers from China that have been murdered for it. China demolished that BSL-4 lab before anybody could come examine it.

Also, you’re talking like I said it’s super deadly, it’s like you halfway even read what I put. It’s not that deadly, overall, at all. It spreads quickly, because it was designed to, to implement lockdowns all over the world and gain control over people. We’re being frauded into accepting illegal orders. And most people are sheep and think the news corporations wouldn’t lie to them, when everybody from CNN to Fox does.

This isn’t theater people. Fact check everything I said in my previous posts. I’ve done years and years of research on this. If you’re a clown, keep in your little box while they continuously try to destroy our country and the world around us. This will happen again.

@hispls, do you know where Lyme’s disease came from?

Give it a f-ck'n rest...

You “hate” people like him? I see, the ones that may have a different “opinion” than you do? You started this BTW. What makes your "opinion" factual and theirs not? Oh, Newsmax, right? (no pun intended). You know what they say about opinions; they’re like a S S holes, everyone’s got one! I don’t know, like or hate you or anyone in this forum. I do get a lot of CARUAUDIO information though and would appreciate you keeping your post, that bleed into the “ButWhatAbout” political conspiracy theory “opinions’, for Steve Banana or Sucker C’s podcast!

Maybe, think about just wishing the OP a speedy recovery. It seems like that would be the more pragmatic, considerate thing to do.

That’s quite an older post, both the OP’s and mine you’re referring to. I actually know the OP and have box designed for him several times; he’s a cool dude. I’ve helped tons and tons of people in here with car audio, and several people have helped me, too. Tons and tons of free advice and help, and, also, I was a paying vendor on here several times providing box designs to people. I’ve been on this forum for 15 years, buddy. I post everything in the appropriate sections; this is the Thunderdome, and it’s always been wild. If you don’t want to see what I or others post that might not sit well with you, then don’t click on the thread.

That was a civilized response and I appreciate it. I have been a home theater consultant for some very upscale projects, 42+ years in this hobby (many car/HT builds over the years, fairly extensive computer/EE background) and appreciate giving or taking anything that helps me or others that I or someone probably paid to learn along the way, So yeah , good stuff. Thunderdome huh, could of guessed I suppose but I'm new to this forum, understand that now, my bad.

I do own BassBox Pro and run sub box configurations for people when asked. I’ve been trying to tackle the BassBox Crossover 3 Pro too (passive home speaker applications) but it is cumbersome at best. I would really like to dive into WinISD but its very input intensive and time consuming as well. What are the benefits of being a paying member on this site?

I’m not sure if there are any, maybe less ads? Idk

I find winisd very useful. I’ve ran 100’s of subs through it. Once you get the hang of it, you can do it faster. You can also use it to spot shitty t/s from the manufacturer, sometimes, and you can contrast and compare a ton of things, like different subs or changing t/s in subs to see what it does. All sorts of stuff. Helped me learn a lot.

I’ve used bassbox pro, but I didn’t like the way it operated, at least the version I had. Idk, I’ve learned enough and designed enough that I can do a lot of designing with minimal programming/modeling help. Like, I can use winisd to help make enclosures that aren’t technically on there, make enclosure types I don’t even know what order they’d be, technically, etc. I’m not currently designing, though.

True, any tool is only as masterful as the master. Bass Box Pro, the latest version anyway, really requires that you read the book, practice, err, read some more, err again until you get it right and at 350 pages, it's a bit long winded. I too use it to model stuff that appears to be suspect, pretty good at calling out mfgrs bogus claims, expecially the power claims, easy to spot that issue in Bass Box right away. But yeah, I usually use it when I don’t have enough from the mfr or someone has an old spec sheet from a driver long out of production. It's pretty good at doing 4th order bandpass boxes and other, not so common use enclosures. I'm going to take some time this winter to hunker down and learn WinISD, many people use it successfully. Aint like in the old days when you just stuffed a 3” diameter 4” long pipe in a wooden box and start cutting a couple of inches off until it sounded right. Anymore, most manufacturers have pretty much provided excellent design parameters. Focal, for one, very good at saying, hey, this is really a better sealed driver and here are 3 volume options that we thing provide for these different type of output, just pick and play. That’s usually enough as I have rarely used their subs where their recommendations have not been spot on. I get a kick out of so many people that ignore the factory recommendations, buy a prefab box because it fits in the space they have, tune it as low as they can and then wonder why it doesn’t sound like it did in the showroom. I mean, I was able to mount 4 15’s on the outside of this 4 cubic foot box, what gives? ;)
