Just show us the case that leads you to believe Buck fully died, visited spirits, and then came back. Doing so will prove your argument against me.

I discussed being “fully” dead with Buck, regarding his NDE. You decided to chime in, thinking you were somehow going to support him in his story.

You decided you would point out “clinical death” as if I didn’t know about it or have it factored into my questions. But I did.

Not everyone exists in or can experience the same dimensions. Some souls are heavy/dense, full of darkness, and some souls are energetic and full of light. Heaviness sinks; high energy is hard to catch and control.

Clinical death is loss of vital function. Brain death follows.
People have been clinically dead, but revived before brain death occurred.
Like heart stoppage that is restarted after other measures kept oxygen and blood going to the brain.
Or, in extreme cases by things like drowning in very cold water that put the body into a “stasis” and the vital functions later restarted.
The record for such an event was a 2 y.o. who was submerged for 66 minutes. Her brain did not die and she made a full recovery after they were able to restore heartbeat.

Clinical death- death as judged by the medical observation of cessation of vital functions. It is typically identified with the cessation of heartbeat and respiration, though modern resuscitation methods and life-support systems have required the introduction of the alternative concept of brain death

I’m just speaking from my experience. There isn’t a “we know or we determine” this information. You aren’t Anubis, so you can’t weigh the heart of someone to determine their path in the afterlife. The energy status of the soul is ultimately physics, where an individual chooses how he or she builds the soul. The raw expression of the soul is largely outside of our perception/dimension, but anyone can think on or judge others by their actions, albeit with relatively limited information of the whole picture. How you grow your soul determines where physics will allow you to be placed within the universe and its dimensions; heavy/dark souls have trouble flying/leaving their position. As far as I know, there’s no technology that humanity uses that can even begin to measure this; like I say, most of this exists outside of our perception/dimension.
