What you don't understand Rob is when someone engages you in conversation and they give you information, you start arguing from the word go. At this point no matter how much proof, how many facts you demand, the person you are arguing with knows you will not entertain or accept any proof or facts they give because you don't care about them. Your goal is to argue. So, keep waiting.

I think you use averages in a lazy way to help you "catch" people committing what you call fraud. I think you are biased and bigoted and will use averages nefariously to "get your man" so to speak. Just my opinion though.

How do you think averages come into play when someone commits perjury on a document they submitted? For example: They sign a document attesting that they have not been employed during the past year, but they have actually been working full time.
In fact, ALL of my prosecutions are based on people committing perjury on documents. Documents that they attest (with their own signature) are correct and true).
