FYI, you don't have to be an attorney to prosecute or defend a court case. The gov't can't afford to pay an attorney to after somebody who committed $500-1000 in tax or welfare fraud. I'd imagine anything below $10-20k and attorneys don't get involved. And given we're talking welfare fraud, I'd imagine most the cases are pretty small.
No, he's not an attorney. He can bring the evidence but if there is going to be ANY criminal hearing then the State Attorney would preside. That's why they go to school, that is why they take the Bar exam, that is why they carry a Bar card. Some piss ant secretary isn't prosecuting jack shit. He can try to convince you he can, but he can't. He gathers information. That is all... along with coffee fetching.

You must be some kind of masochist, or are entirely overconfident. Here are a few. I never said criminal prosecution. I guess it bears repeating that I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY, since your COMPREHENSION is totally in the shitter.
Would you like to keep losing and making even more of a fool of yourself?

Still find it all too hard to comprehend? Let me know.
I'm betting a nickel that you will avoid having to admit you once again screwed up, presumably by continuing to call me a liar, or tell be to go eat diicks, or that I blow dudes for rent, or some other low-intelligence tactic to dance away from the truth.

I've proved you unequivocally wrong the last three times your were dumb enough to challenge me, but I can almost guarantee you will deny it.
Go.
They say if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life, and you found a way to google for a living. I'm impressed.

Looks like a denial to me. How much jail time did this person get for getting denied?
Wow, did I ever hit the nail on the head. You're actually continuing to try to be right.

You think "Grant the county's request" is a denial?
You think "request for disqualification...be approved" is a denial?
You think every single case is won by the prosecution?

Seriously kid, put down the vodka bottle and take some remedial lessons in English (and most other subjects). Any school that graduated you (grade school, high school, or university) must have just push you through, and should be embarrassed to have given you a diploma.

Keep deflecting, dopey. I specifically said I was not an attorney. And I specifically said I do not prosecute criminal cases.
Just because YOU believe I am an attorney, does not make it true.
Just because YOU believe I prosecute criminally, does not make it true.
Just because YOU believe (in spite of proof) that I was not forthcoming about my job, does not make it true.
Just because YOU believe I am lying about my job, does not make it true.
Just because YOU believe administrative prosecution is criminal prosecution, does not make it true.
Just because YOU believe a person has to be an attorney to prosecute administratively, does not make it true.
Just because YOU believe "approved" means "denied", does not make it true.

See a pattern here? Your COMPREHENSION svcks, so probably not. I'll help:

Rob didn't convince me of jack. Anybody with any knowledge of the legal system knows you don't have to be an attorney to bring a case or defend yourself. Not only is Rob's job an excellent example of this, look at the Texas anti-abortion law where the State of Texas empowered private individuals to bring cases against anybody who had or assisted somebody in getting an abortion. Another example is small claims courts. I assume Rob goes to an "Administrative Court;" they have them here where I (who am not an attorney) could represent myself in a case. What Rob is describing is common place. Additionally, only a fool would think the gov't pays attorneys to prosecute small cases of welfare fraud, etc because the attorneys would charge more than they would recover. I worked for DHS, I know how administrative law works. If you commit $3k in tax fraud, do you think the IRS sends it's attorneys to court; the answer is no, they send an agent, just like you're (probably) not going to pay an attorney a couple grand to defend the case.

Do you really think they send an attorney because some family didn't report that Dad got a job and they received 4 months of benefits that they no longer qualified for before "Rob" caught them? I'm pretty confident that the vast majority of welfare fraud cases are prosecuted by non-attorneys.
